To motivate you to move and have fun, the Fonds de solidarité FTQ offers you a series of motivating and stimulating training programs developed by the Running Coach. These programs have been designed by coaches and tested with high-level athletes. The training programs have been prepared for beginners, but they can also be used by intermediate runners.
