BEFORE THE RACE – 34K

Bib pickup
To pick up your bib or someone else’s bib, you must show the bib number in paper or electronic format. Click here to get the bib number.
If you want it, you will receive a reusable glass at your bib pickup. During your registration, you will be able to refuse the glass and donate its value to the Scol’Ere grant to compensate the GHGs generated by the event.
Runner’s reward
In order to continue our eco-friendly turn, for a third consecutive year, runners will not receive a participation medal at the end of the event. Our organization will give a curly parsley plant to each participant, a green choice that will last over time. In addition, participants will receive a reusable snack bag as a replacement for the race shirt that is usually given at other Je Cours Qc events.
Start time
Departures are in the form of mass start for the pink corral. The other starts are in waves of 12 runners every 12 seconds.

On the morning of the race, participants are encouraged to meet at the Duchesnay Resort starting at 7:00 a.m. This is where the start and finish areas are located, as well as the post-race meal.
Parking
Parking at the Duchesnay Resort is limited. We recommend carpooling.

Participants can choose to leave their personal belongings inside the Pavillon Le Boisé (in front of the bibs distribution). Bags must be identified with the detachable strip at the bottom of the bib. Bags can be picked up at the finish area until 12:30 p.m. There is a maximum size limit of 18’’ x 10’’ x 8’’ per bag.
Quebec Mega Trail
- Eligible graduates will have access to the QMT 50 even if the test is complete (psst! … this is another way to get your bib).
- Eligible graduates must pay their bibs.
- The male winner and the female winner of the 34km will receive a free registration for the QMT 50.
- Bibs must be claimed before June 8, 2023.

Checkpoints
Runners and walkers who do not pass the following checkpoints by the cutoff time will be disqualified from the race
