BEFORE THE RACE – 48K
Bib pickup
To pick up your bib or someone else’s bib, you must show the bib number in paper or electronic format. Click here to get the bib number.
Runner’s reward
In order to continue our eco-friendly initiative for the 4th consecutive year, participants will not receive a participation medal at the end of the event. Instead, our organization will provide each participant with an herb plant, which is an environmentally friendly choice that can last over time. Additionally, participants will receive a reusable keepsake in place of the usual race shirt that is typically given in other Je Cours Qc events.
Start time
Departures are in the form of mass start for the pink corral. The other starts are in waves of 25 runners every 12 seconds.
Time per corral
The starting zone will be divided into corrals according to the race time you specify.

On the morning of the race, participants are encouraged to meet at the Duchesnay Resort starting at 5:00 a.m. This is where the start and finish areas are located, as well as the post-race refreshments.
Parking at the Duchesnay Resort is limited. We recommend carpooling.
Participants can choose to leave their personal belongings inside the Pavillon Le Boisé (in front of the bibs distribution). Bags must be identified with the detachable strip at the bottom of the bib. Bags can be picked up at the finish area until 12:30 p.m. There is a maximum size limit of 18’’ x 10’’ x 8’’ per bag.

Our recognition podium for 65 and over aims to applaud the remarkable performances of runners who will place in the top 3 of the following age categories: 65-69 years, 70-74 years, 75-79 years, as well as 80 years and older. They will receive a digital photo in a personalized Je Cours Qc frame to immortalize this great achievement.
Quebec Mega Trail
- Eligible graduates will have access to the QMT 50 even if the test is complete (psst! … this is another way to get your bib).
- Eligible graduates must pay their bibs.
- The male winner and the female winner of the 34km will receive a free registration for the QMT 50.
- Bibs must be claimed before June 8, 2023.
The Trail Coureur des Bois race is considered a semi-autonomous race.
The runner must carry:
48k: Minimum of 500 ml of water, two energy gels, a whistle, and a cell phone (save 581 748-5160 in case of emergency).
Depending on the weather, it is recommended to adjust the amount of water and the type of equipment (rain jacket, etc.).
(For runners with allergies to stings or food allergies, have an EpiPen auto-injector on hand.)
A spontaneous and random check may take place. Note that poles are allowed from the 6th kilometer onward.
Runners and walkers who fail to reach the following checkpoints before the time limit will be disqualified from the race:
- KM 27.5 (Refreshment Point 4) by 12:15 PM
- KM 38 (Refreshment Point 5) by 3:00 PM
Kilometre markers will be placed every two kilometres in ascending distance order.
A post-race snack will also be provided.
There’s a total of 1 900 places available for all races of this event.
