After this date, requests for bib transfers can only be made in person at the bib pickup on October 4th and 5th. Please check the bib pickup schedule here.

What you need to know:

  • No changes or transfers will be made on the morning of the competition.
  • If the person to whom the bib belongs cannot be present at bib pickup, you must have a written authorization (letter, email, Messenger, etc.) from the seller authorizing you to take their bib, including their name, bib number, and home address.
  • The buyer must first collect the bib from the seller and then proceed to the participant transfer table to complete their registration. A fee of $18 applies. Only electronic payments will be accepted.

The negotiation and transaction of the bib transfer are solely between the seller and the buyer. RaceRoster and Gestev are not responsible and do not participate in transactions related to bib transfers.

It is prohibited to participate in the event with someone else’s bib (e.g., the one initially assigned to the seller). Unauthorized bib transfers not approved by the organizer are not allowed. Participant transfers must be done according to the terms outlined above.
