Transportation for participants
Participants of the 21K can park at the Galeries Chagnon, the starting site of their event, near the Sports Experts. 1200, boulevard Alphonse-Desjardins, Lévis (Quebec) G6V 6Y8
Once at the finish site, transport will be available for runners to return to the start site.
Transportation for accompanying persons
Roundtrip shuttles to the arrival site Shuttles between the shuttle site and the Juvénat Notre-Dame de Saint-Romuald will run from 8 am to 1:30 pm They are free and accessible to participants and accompanying persons.
Parking in the historic Saint-Romuald town centre is limited. We recommend using the shuttle service.
Traffic
During the race, the roads along the course will be closed to vehicle traffic.
Bag checkParticipants can choose to leave their personal belongings in the bag check trucks . Bags must be identified with the detachable strip at the bottom of the bib. Bags can be picked up at the finish area until 12:30 p.m. There is a maximum size limit of 18’’ x 10’’ x 8’’ per bag.

Pace bunnies

The pace bunnies alternately have a cadence of ten minutes of running and one minute of walking.
Our pace setter, commonly known as cadence bunnies, have the role of running at a precise speed to help participants maintain their pace and achieve their desired finish time.

Scholarships must be claimed no later than 30 days after the event is held. The organization gives itself the right, within three days of the race, to withdraw a runner’s purse if the results have been falsified.
Recognition for 65 and Over
Our recognition podium for 65 and over aims to applaud the remarkable performances of runners who will place in the top 3 of the following age categories: 65-69 years, 70-74 years, 75-79 years, as well as 80 years and older. They will receive a digital photo in a personalized Je Cours Qc frame to immortalize this great achievement.
Kilometre markers will be placed every kilometre in ascending distance order.
There’s a total of 4 800 places available for all races of this event.

A shuttle access schedule is available here. Each runner must respect his specific schedule to board the shuttle for his event.
To get on the shuttle, you must show your race number.
Shuttles will transport participants free of charge between 6:45 and 7:45 a.m. to their respective departure site, from the shuttle site, located on 2nd Street in Saint-Romuald, between 1st and 2nd Avenue. See the map below to get to the shuttle site.
Once at the finish site, transport will be available for runners to return to the shuttle site.

Bag checkThe service will be maintained. Details of their operation will be communicated later. Please note that the personal effects of participants should be kept to a minimum. The runners will be invited to come to their event, ready for their departure, with clothes to give as protection during the wait. Any clothing left behind will be donated to charity.

Accompanying person
One adult per registered child is authorized to accompany their child free of charge on the various Kids races.
Transportation for participants
A shuttle access schedule is available here. Each runner must respect his specific schedule to board the shuttle for his event.
Children and parents will be transported free of charge between 10:15 and 11:00 a.m. to the start line of the Youth Race, from the Juvénat Notre-Dame. After the start of the race, the buses will return to the arrival site for parents and accompanying persons who wish to use this service. It should be noted, however, that given the speed of the race, it is highly likely that returning bus passengers will not make it possible to arrive in time for arrivals.
Each child in the Youth Race will receive an accompanying bracelet with their bib. To get on the shuttle, you must show your race number or the accompanying bracelet.
Children and parents will be transported free of charge to the start line of the Youth Race, from the shuttle site, located on 2nd Street in Saint-Romuald, between 1st and 2nd Avenue. See the map below to get to the shuttle site. After the start of the race, the buses will return to the arrival site for parents and accompanying persons who wish to use this service. It should be noted, however, that given the speed of the race, it is very likely that the return buses will not make it possible to arrive in time for the arrivals.
