BEFORE THE RACE
Bib and t-shirt pickup
Details concerning the distribution of bibs and t-shirts will be communicated later. Its course will be different. Mailing will be available as an option ($) when registering online. Click here to know everything about mailing.
When registering, adding the t-shirt is optional. You will have the option of deducting an amount from your invoice or of making a donation to the Scol’ERE scholarship as compensation, if you choose not to take it.

Capacity and time per corral
As usual, each event is divided into a speed corral. New in 2021: these speed corrals have a maximum capacity, in order to avoid repeated overtaking between runners on the course. This is an adaptation given the rule of physical distancing enacted by Public Health.

Start and finish areas
Depending on the epidemiological situation at the time of the event, certain specific directives may apply, for example, the very limited presence of accompanying persons and spectators.
Access to the sites may also be governed according to a specific schedule: events, speed corrals, starting waves, in order to limit crowds.
The start area for the half-marathon (sunday) is the Galeries Chagnon, near the Sports Experts store.

Transportation for participants
Participants of the 21.1km must park at the Galeries Chagnon. The shuttles will bring participants back free of charge after their event to the Galeries Chagnon.
To board the shuttle, it is compulsory to present your bib. The guides do not have access to these shuttles. The departure of the shuttles will be located on the Chemin du Fleuve in Saint-Romuald, near the entrance to Juvénat Notre-Dame.
Parking
Parking in the historic Saint-Romuald town centre is limited. We recommend using the shuttle service.
Bag check
The service will be maintained. Details of their operation will be communicated later. Please note that the personal effects of participants should be kept to a minimum. The runners will be invited to come to their event, ready for their departure, with clothes to give as protection during the wait. Any clothing left behind will be donated to charity.
Participants can choose to leave their personal belongings in the bag check trucks . Bags must be identified with the detachable strip at the bottom of the bib. Bags can be picked up at the finish area until 12:30 p.m. There is a maximum size limit of 18’’ x 10’’ x 8’’ per bag.

No formal ceremony will be planned in order to limit the crowds. The winners will be contacted by the organization in the days following the competition. Money prizes must be claimed 30 days after the event.

To recognize the participation of people 65 and over, we give the TOP 3 in each age category a recognition pin. These will be sent to the winners by post.
DURING THE RACE
Pace bunnies
Due to the physical distancing rules in force, pace bunnies will not be allowed during the 2021 races. We will keep you informed if there is any change.

Kilometre markers will be placed every kilometre in ascending distance order.
Refreshment stations
Refreshments will be set up on the course. Their operation may vary between self-service or distribution by volunteers. Their location, number and content will be revealed later. Note that participants will be encouraged to be as independent as possible by using their own hydration system. This in order to limit contacts and proximity between runners and volunteers.

After the start of the race, the buses will return to the finish site for parents who wish to use this service.
