Associated Causes

In a generous gesture, and for the sixth consecutive year, Beneva will double donations made by the Je Cours Qc community, up to a maximum of $5,000 for each of these four causes, thereby multiplying their positive impact.

Beneva is committed to the well-being and overall health of people and wishes to contribute to the efforts made in this regard by each of the four organizations.

Générations Actives

GÉNÉRATIONS ACTIVES was created to promote social participation among seniors and enable active people aged 60 and over to play a role in promoting health and healthy lifestyles among young people (primarily young immigrants or those who are more sedentary). Fighting ageism and social exclusion and promoting a positive image of aging are also among our objectives. We create active gatherings, meaningful moments where seniors can share and pass on their knowledge, experience, and passion. The integration of young immigrants is also important to us. Shared intergenerational activities focus on sports and the outdoors, two extraordinary vehicles for intervention.
