Elite Registration Policy

The Beneva Quebec City Marathon presented by Brunet will host the Quebec 42.2 km championships for 2026 and 2027 as part of the Coupe Québec Route.

To apply for Elite registration, please complete the Athlétisme Québec form.

Athlétisme Québec is responsible for recruiting and selecting elite athletes for the 42.2 km race.

Je Cours Qc aims to welcome elite athletes and provide them with challenging competition experiences.

Athletes must meet the following performance standards:

Important Notes

Period: Performances must have been achieved after January 1, 2024, on certified courses and during an official event with complete results available online.
Performance Standards: The above-mentioned standards must be met to apply for Elite registration.
Qualification Event: The qualifying event must correspond to the event for which you are applying for Elite registration. For example, if you are applying for the half-marathon, your qualification time must have been achieved during a half-marathon event.
Limited Entries: The number of Elite registrations is limited.
Refund: Successful applicants who have already registered will be refunded, excluding service fees.
Invitation Letter: The organization does not provide any invitation letter for administrative purposes (visa, etc.).

Elite registration requests are open from : December 1st, 2025 to July 31, 2026.

Steps to Follow:

Complete the Elite registration request form between December 1st, 2025 to July 31, 2026. After this date, Elite registration requests will be closed.
The organization will receive and process requests in the order of receipt.
After analyzing the request, the organization will confirm your acceptance via email.
The organization will provide you with a promotional code to proceed with your Elite registration. The promotional code will be valid for a maximum of 10 days. After this period, the Elite registration will be canceled, and no extension will be granted.
Quebec 42.2 km Championships: Prize money for the Championships is reserved for athletes who are members of Athlétisme Québec, reside in Quebec, and hold a valid RAMQ card.
