Gifts	We invite you to offer a little something for our volunteers.
Promotion & Sale	All exhibitors have the right to sell and/or promote the product/service they represent in their reserved space. However, no sale of food products, beverages or sampling activities will be accepted without prior agreement with the organizer. Additional charges apply.
Fees	All Exhibitors will be required to provide valid credit card information — even if payment is made by check. If payment has not been received before installation of the location, the amount will be debited from the credit card and then credited once payment has been made. The rates presented are subject to the taxation in force in Quebec. Provincial and federal taxes will be added to the calculation at the Grand Total Fees step / All prices are in Canadian dollars.
Kiosk	Each Exhibitor is responsible for its equipment, its transport and its anchoring to the ground (concrete blocks, nails, barrels of water), etc. Booths are normally adjacent to other booths; also, no vehicles are allowed in your space.
Parking	No parking is included in space reservations.
Electricity	Now included. Please confirm with our logistics team during registration if you have any additional requirements. Note: All exhibitor rates now include one table, two chairs, electricity, and tent weights.
